Don't be surprised, as she was an Intersee-managed ship. Most of their ships have dreadful inspection records too.

However, all is not lost as she has been sold to Armania Shipping (mng Marlow Shipping) and is now at Drapetzona as MISTRAL. At least she will probably be managed better
