Laying by at Tilbury Landing Stage on 18th June 2015. Believe she had arrived from Salcombe en route to the Upper Pool of London. Several PLA officials including the Harbour Master boarded for a couple of hours before she could make her onward passage. Sounds like there may have been an 'incident' on passage?
