Hi Florian!
Yes,not only for their ages(especially for Hellenic Trader).Hellenic Seaways wanted money so they sold them at Alang(Trader/Master).Yes,Eurocargo Trieste/Patrasso they will start from Patras.They will not approach Corinth.It's very sad... :(.Yes!! :) |

Hi Panagiotis,
you know the reason why all these RoRo vessels were scrapped then? I think they were not too old. The "new" vessels of GRIMALDI (EUROCARGO TRIESTE and EURPCARGO PATRASSO) from Venice/Ravenna to Greece will only call at Patras and not at Corinth any more ?? Sad indeed. However letīs hope the best for the future of this itinerary... |

It is sad Florian 1860!
Now we don't have ship... N.Rodos is travelling to N.Aegean islands.. Especially Hellenic Master/Sailor were very good RO/RO ships!! |

Definitly looks like her. (it canīt be her sister HELLENIC CARRIER as she was already beached before the photo was taken [04/2010]) So sad that these nice and classic RoRo vessels are gone both... :-( |
