She's small, the white reflects the sun to not warm the valuable liquid inside... I already knew she's a wine tanker. Check in that category you will see many of her all over the World and others. Mostly small ships. Plus, passed by her this pm as they are unloading in to tanker trucks for the local liqour board probably and it smells good! :-D
