Yes, I was sure about PIAUÍ as I took the photo! But PIAUÍ's sister floating crane in the Manobrasso fleet is/was PARÂ (IMO 7606231)
see http://manobrasso.com.br/equipamentos/cabreas-2/
Both in action on video: http://manobrasso.com.br/videos/

I had assumed that the island where these Manobrasso vessels are all morred was their "parking lot", rather than a scrapyard.

One of them is definitely PIAUI/MANOBRASSO 4 (http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1558743)
http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1272964 mentions a some CASTELO BRANCO - is the one that looks like PIAUI? The lattice boom crane is one of those 100t series built by Ganz Danubius, Budapest, Hungary - one of them is in my hometown as well.

The big double-boom floating crane is MANOBRASSO V/MANOBRASSO 5 - 1500 tonnes.
Manobrasso Serviços Marítimos, Niterói RJ
No other details. It's been there for three years at least.
Amongst the jib cranes is probably PIAUI/MANOBRASSO 4 (IMO 7606229)

Pretty sure that the blue 'coaster' is the Brazilian dredger "Natal" built 1971 by Appledore Shipbuilders.

Do you know the name of the small blue coaster Edson? She looks like a British design, maybe Hancocks/

Including that floating crane, judging from the aft frame work condition ?
