Description:

Disabled general cargo ship OBA (IMO 5127164) in tow of French tug EFFICACE, taking a mooring buoy in Brest Roads, May 19th 1981.
She had been taken in tow off Brittany, disabled and with a little leak.
She was infested by rats and was not authorised to berth.
