The name itself is not so complicated, it's "삼진", or "Samjin". Korean Hangul alphabet has only 24 letters, and can be learned during a flight to Korea, for instance... Smiley
But no other info on this tug is available to me. The picture was taken in 2010, and here in Korea little tugs are prone to name/owner changes in even shorter periods. Since the picture was taken at Incheon, I would expect the vessel to have a local registry number starting with letters "ICR" and a 6 digit number, without which I can not say anything about it.

Presumably Samjin, or Sam Jin, could also be the name of the operator.
