The fishing vessel drifted ashore after a engine failure.
Luckily two men were doing some maintenence work at the lighthouse. They rushed down and managed to rescue the fisherman. Minutes later the boat was crushed by some heavy swells.http://www.nrk.no/troms/helter-hedret-med-medalje-1.7459931 They were honored by Carnegie Hero Fund.
