I don't understand the comments on RIO MINHO/SÃO PEDRO. That was a cargo-ship (and ex-LST), not a tug.

The background ship appears to be AMSTELLAND (built Verolme 1962 - IMO 5015373)

The tug may be SABRE ex-ROCKMOUNT (IMO 5304413) after modernisation in 1971.
