There will be a spiral ramp below the accommodation which exits onto the main external deck & the tween decks. (Like a multi-story car park.) Perhaps an aerial view would show the ramp onto the deck.Possibly in the form of a "drawbridge".....
Larger Ro-Ro's can accommodate even double-decker buses. (eg Atlantic Causeway/Conveyor etc)
Not too sure about those odd ones on the accom.block...slings & cranes I guess.

Good question - I have no answer. I was watched several other photos from her at shipspotting and they all are marked ar Ro/Ro. Maybe better vehicle transporter?

If it's a dedicated RO/RO, how do the vehicles drive off the top deck, let alone the accommodation block?
