When Hector and Hecules passed the Kiel Canal I could make photos from both tugs and I could see both MMSI on my Shipplotter screen. This afternoon Hector is still transmitting this number while on berth at Karlskrona.

Assuming that 244740611 was right it looks as if NLD telecoms re-issue MMSI numbers. This number currently being used temporarily by HECTOR for NLD-flag delivery Galati-Landskrona, where she is now being delivered to Swedish Navy (but results in MarineTraffic showing both vessels currently on the same berth at Landskrona.)
The real DIRKJE is currently resting up on the Ems-Dortmund Canal, near Ibbenbüren.
