Laid up in Santa Cruz,Tenerife. Unmanned with no power onboard a boom in the sea around her. Looked after by a watchman in a restricted area on the dock. This is as close as you can get to her Note there is no gangway of any kind looks like she is there for a long time.

Days would be very optimistic, even if you threw cash at it.
Unless the machinery has been turned over/run up on regular basis you're looking at an enormous inspection plan. Then there's all the prep time for all that.
She's been laid up for over a year, and I see no power supply to the ship which means no dehumidifiers.
Having been laid up for more 3 months not only is her safety certification expired she's also out of class.

Being unmanned her machinery alone will require many weeks of work and no doubt millions of dollars to reactivate and recertify.
