A.H. FERBERT (Duluth, Minnesota, USA) - 1 October 1987 - Photographed while she was being towed downbound in the Welland Canal by the tugs GLENSIDE, LAC MANITOBA and LAC COMO all of which were veterans of many 'scrap tows'.. They had just departed from lock 7 and were approaching lock 6 east in Thorold, Ontario, Canada.. Photos by Jeff Cameron..

She was built in 1942 at Ecorse, Michigan as A.H. FERBERT and she sailed her entire career under this name. On 20 June 1988 she arrived off Aliaga, Turkey where she was subsequently cut up for scrap..
