IMO 5425982 - She was built in 1944 at Jacksonville, Florida, USA as the Liberty ship HUGH J. KILPATRICK for service in World War II. She was sold into merchant service after the war and became HOOSIER STATE in 1946, TRANSAMERICAN in 1955, A&J MID-AMERICA in 1963, GRAND HOPE in 1965 and finally UNION TIGER. She was scrapped at Inchon, South Korea during April 1969..
