Red paint is noticeably the fastest colour to degrade because it absorbs higher energy (shorter wavelength) light. The more energy that is available, the more likely it is that reactions will occur. So the paint on a ship operating in sunnier climes will fade faster that one restricted to, say, the North Atlantic. Faded paint does not necessarily mean the hull wll be rustier.

All the boxes would have been discharged at its last port of that voyage before its goes to drydock.

If a vessel such as this was to dry dock for a repaint what is the process involved if it has cargo onboard? Do the boxes stay on board or does the vessel have to meet its obligation of delivery before dry-docking is carried out?
