Thanks for the comments on the photo, it is common to have the cooling water for the forward hydraulics flowing out through the hawsepipe which serves the purpose of washing the anchor and cable also.

Crew seem to be present - probably just anchor-washing.

I like this. Well done. Can anyone explain to me what the water flowing around the anchor is for?
