CHIPOLBROK's 1998 Rijeka built NORWID is seen approaching Liverpool at around 15h30 yesterday. It did seem that the bow tug was unable to secure a line to the ship and so instead acted as a "pusher" to help swing the ship around in the river to line up for the lock. I soon left the scene and only this morning discover that her docking was abandoned and the ship is now again sheltering off Anglesey.
