Thanks for your comment. Of Course the vessel should be in category container.
For this part of the Port of Tacoma the tugs have to assist the departing or arriving vessel in the narrow bassin to have a safe bypass on the vessel alongside port and starboard

Nice photo. Interesting to see tug in towing position as opposed to being typically alongside when entering/exiting port. Category should read "container" rather than "bulker"....?
