Given DSME's current woes it seems that they are anxious to get rid of any unnecessary assets. Hence, this week, they have sold BOW HUNTER for USD 302/LDT 'as is' South Korea for eventual demolition in India or Bangladesh.

So much for preserving a piece of their history!

Unfortunately they have removed all the cargo pipelines and other deck equipment, which was made out of 100% Stainless Steel, and easy to recycle.

Likely the only such museum ship in the world. A chemical tanker preserved.
