June 1970 built by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Kobe Japan as the Matthew Flinders for the Flinders Shipping Co Pty Ltd., with H C Sleigh as Managers.
Sold to this concern in April 1975 and renamed.
Early 1978 lengthened by original shipbuilder with dimensions becoming 11,353 gross tons, 4,934 net and 18,411 dwt. Lbd: became 210.42 x 25.05 x 8.87 metres.
November 1986 scrapped at Kaohsiung
