This is not the Indonesian flag LIBERTY I (IMO 8876730) of 1977, but rather the former WESTERN QUEEN ex-COASTAL VOYAGEER ex-VICEROY ex-AKL 36 ex-FS 398, CPL JOHN J PINDER, built 1945 (IMO 5042986)

She doesn't seem to be floating but rather resting on the seabed, she does not have any hawsers to any shoreside mooring, neither does she has any flags flying, she is more or less abandoned to the mercy of the elements.better change category.regards.
