This is a photo of a, I think a British ship in convoy from Durban to Mombasa, and to Bombay in July 1942. At the foot of the photo not shown it says a lone ship 40 miles ahead was sunk by Japanese carrier borne aircraft In the same writings the ship is id'd as the SS Orunda or Gorunda The photo is quite small but the ship appears to be flying the red duster, I wondered if she was B&I. Can anyone help??
