Stumbled on this thread whilst researching old Vospers MTBs. My grandfather was Robert E.L Lovell MBE who was Technical Director at Vospers working alongside Peter DuCane during WWII and upto the 1960s. He was also involved in the design of world water speed craft, most notably Miss England II in the 1920s before he joined Vospers. I would love to visit these boats in Antwerp if I get the chance. A previous poster mentioned an interest in refurbing these boats - now that would be amazing and something I'd love to be involved in. Thanks, Ollie.
