SF RISER has been on the Philippine domestic register, under that name and official number (CEB1006022) and same details (418gt 315nt, 69.8 x 11.5 x 6.7m, built 1988), since at least Jan 2012 in Seaford's ownership.

NAPLES : Bellport Shipping registered the Philippines callsign DUA3347 in 3/2015 - the same callsign as XIN SHENG.

SF RISER : 497 grt/built 1988; Seaford Shipping Lines Inc, Cebu.

Presumably a purchase by Seaford Shipping Lines Inc, Manila.

Could be renaming in last few days of NAPLES (IMO 8519526). But she was previously XIN SHENG and doesn't match the MarineTraffic photo:

On the bow it's written "SF RISER".. no IMO?
