As far as I can see, three were built like this:
CYGNUS - Oresundvarvet, Y.N. 230 - completed 2/71
NITSA - Oresundvarvet, Y.N. 231 - completed 6/71
CEPHEUS - Oresundvarvet, Y.N. 231 - completed 9/71
Given the date, I guess its the first one, CYGNUS - launched 6/10/70,
