Thanks, Mike. It has actually always puzzled me why there were so many bulkers (which are not considered really hi-tech) constructed in Japanese yards... I guess they still have the productivity edge, even with significantly cheaper Chinese labor...

Good to see the Japanese are not going to give up on their shipbuilding industries (unlike Europe/USA) in the face of severe state subsidised competition from China.
