Yes, Emmanuel, Malta & Rijeka are very well connected by the shipping route(s),, to say: Turkish general cargo vessels together with general cargo vessels of many European and Near East countries,, especially nowadays by containerships of the alliance 2M and alliance Ocean3.

This vessel was recently in Malta unloading cargo, I photographed her moored in Valletta harbour. A lot of Turkish vessels call at Malta mostly to load scrap iron for eventual destination the shipbuilding industry in Turkey.
