It's a mast with a П-shape in cross-section - inside it there's a ladder up to that radar. Normally it would have struts or wires supporting it, but since it's in such position there, they simply used П-shape for it being stable.

Jadran,can never make out the vertical cylindrical structure on the Port side of funnel.
