I think she was at the time being readied for lay up in the James River Reserve Fleet where I saw her last year. Prior to that, she had been based at Baltimore as part of the RRF.

I saw her only a few days earlier in Baltimore along with CAPE ALEXANDER but was unable top get a photo, bit of luck that she went to Norfolk.
