These UK built vessels were nominally owned by a j/v company Polsko-Brytyjskie Przedsiewziecie Zeglugowe S.A. managed by PZM until 1995

Thanks for the interesting detail. Another serie of bulkers were ordered by PZM in Germany at Schlichting/Travemünde in the mid 1970'ies.

Built by Govan Shipbuilders, Glasgow as part of a rather controversial, large order for colliers for communist Poland won by state-owned British Shipbuilders and shared out among several Scottish shipyards
