Two years ago a Finnish friend gave the following infos on her:
Built in Sweden by three Finnish brothers in 1995 as a „replica“ of a MARY ANN of 1838.
The work was poorly done (lack of experience).
The vessel was not allowed being registered under the Swedish flag for commercial traffic.
Sold to Finnland around 2000 to Martinway Oy and registered for charter work in internal waters around Helsinki.
One year later sold to a young couple but Martinway is still selling the charter cruises.

I've seen the vessel in Stockholm in August 1999, there was no name , no homeport and no flag visible. A man near her told me that she was homeported at Motala (Sweden) and gave her name as NANNA. However it looks like her name at that time also was MARY ANN.
