Description:

Tug ELIS in the Noordzee Canal at Buitenhuizen.
Who knows more about this tug?There are 2 paintings on the deckhouse,one of lifebuoy with a beautifull girl in it and the other on the backside of a Mohican(?). On the deck there is a big wooden statue like those on the Easter Islands.

Her original name as built in 1951 was ELIS, Haarlemsche Scheepsbouw Mij, Haarlem in, so she is not far from home!
By the way her IMO is 6134401, if you fill it in than you may get more hits of her.
