Description:
June16, 2006 I have tracked Windoc’s tow upbound Welland Canal from lock 3 in St. Catharines uo to old bridge 10 just north of the infamous bridge 11 in Allanburg that the Windoc had struck in July 2001. Tow is conducted by the tugs Progress – pulling; Vac and Seahound astern - steering & braking.
