|June16, 2006 I have tracked Windocs tow upbound Welland Canal from lock 3 in St. Catharines uo to old bridge 10 just north of the infamous bridge 11 in Allanburg that the Windoc had struck in July 2001. Tow is conducted by the tugs Progress pulling; Vac and Seahound astern - steering & braking.
