Description:

Two ultra-deepwater drillships, the WEST AQUILA and WEST LIBRA for Seadrill, at DSME shipyard in Okpo. Originally scheduled for delivery in 2016, they have been postponed to 2018 and 2019, hoping that some cataclysm will raise oil prices in the world by then...

As recently reported, they were sold en bloc to "undisclosed interests" for the total price of 592 million dollars; looks like about 50% discount to me.
