The photos are of port and starboard, so you cannot really compare those features directly.
Here's one of the port side, like your photo:

I agree with David, it is the Henri. The forward door on either side is entry to the engine room. The additional door port aft enters the galley. No other Tucker Roy tug looks quite like this. The Henri was built for the Army as ST-1934X (an odd designation) by Jakobson in 1951, and became the Charleston for Ellco Boat Service Inc. of Houston in 1961. It’s been all over the place since then, running for, among others Platt Construction of Galveston, Eastern Marine Equipment at Norfolk, MBJ of Norfolk, K-Sea, Casho, and, until Tucker Roy, Island Barge, Inc., at New Bedford. Oddly, neither PSIX nor the Coast Guard indicate the vessel is currently in documentation, and its name appears painted over. Here is a comparable side view with which to compare: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ryansilva/12229285744

Good day all, First of all thanks for your swift reply. To Davidships, I'am not sure it is the "HENRI", if you compare the 2 pictures, indeed the hull look the same, but on the 1st deck, the number of doors and port holes are different ! what do you think ? regards / Tyzef29
