Coming into the Hampton Roads area from the Chesapeake Bay going past Fort Monroe Hampton VA. Originally operated by MARAD via charter for use a prepositioning ship in the Med/Europe area, now directly owned by MSC and used for DoD cargo purposes based out of Newport News VA.
