When I took a photo of her last time in August 2015, I thought that she was close to the cutter's torch. But only now she arrived at "Pal Pal" breaking yard in Gamcheon port in Busan: curiously, she will be broken up ashore, I guess they're afraid she might sink prematurely...

That is a good question - but no, they are not for breaking. This is the area for lay-up or refitting, and there are many small workshops dealing with those ships, right next to the breaking yard.
