Hi Patagualino and Emmanuel,, in this case any possibility is possible (lol),, it's possible that the 'small white objects 6-off' on the sea are 'seagulls' (in final) >> as you said Emmanuel,, though for me to say truly, I really don't know!... in any case, your second attempt/guess sounds much realistic, Emmanuel !!

Hi Jadran, It is NOT allowed to polute anywhere...but where there is humanity ...intentionally or not pollution is there.
Could these UFOs be gulls resting on the sea.?

Jadran: I can concretely say they are not concrete. (Yes, I know, there are concrete hulls about....but this is not such an example of that method of boat-building.)

Hmm, what to say? ..... it's NOT ALLOWED to polute the harbour premises ,, it's strictly forbidden... with applicable penalties for doing any kind of pollution !!! :-)

Could they be just bits of plastic foam packing thrown or fallen overboard regards.

I agree with you & am quite sure, Emmanuel... that they are yet UFO (Unidentified Floating Objects) !! lol :-)
However, can someone identify them concretely ??

I am positive that they are UFOs.

I myself keep wondering,, what could be those 'small white objects 6-off' floating in the sea,, by the ship's bulb & bow port side ?
