I only noticed because I photographed her leaving Soton on Tuesday night from the IoW ferry and could only get stern shots because of the sun (yes I did say sun)- peed down on the way out and cloudless on the return. Our June Solent Maritime Society meeting is a Red Funnel return to Cowes, 18.00hrs out and either same one back with a curry and pint on board, or fish & chips and a pint in the nearest pub and next one back.
cheers
Allan

sorry to disagree on a small point, but according to the back of the ship, port of registry is Genova.
