The 94mtr.purse/seiner LIBAS reg.Bergen, is seen here berthed at its home port, on June 9th,2006.Built in 2004 by the Fitjar Mek yard, she is fitted with various instruments from the Institute of Marine Research,such as instrumentation for fish biomass quantification, amongst many others,which can be monitored and operated by scientists back at the laboratories even when the ship is in commercial operation.
