Alright Sir(s), have checked to some crude tankers, the similar position also there which not I see on bulker..clear already.:) because if life boat there, gangway/acc ladder at mid ship, I think

Mr.Agent,, Imagine what additional steel construction have to be builded just to place the life boats in the "normal" position at the accommodation ?!!! This is a very nice solution for a ship this size, special the width where the owner opted for 2 boats and not one at the stern. There no really regualtion where a life boat has to be situated as long the boat is approved and the means of launching is as per regualtion.

Presumably mr.agent referring to lifeboat (typically launched using davit/winch arrangement) elevated above main deck positioned at the side or against accomodation block vs free fall lifeboat located at the aft of ship...?
