This is pretty much the classic appearance of the "BoTruc" style cargo boats built in the 1950's-60's by Blount Marine of Warren, Rhode Island in the U.S. The only notable difference is that they normally had more window area on the side of the wheelhouse. About 10 of these were built, in 65 and 72-foot length ranges. Most of them are unaccounted-for at this point, and because they were below 100 gross tons in size, don't appear in Lloyd's database.
