| It is actually the sunlight...more to the right, hence more reflection on the water on the r/h side. You can see how bright the stern is compared to the bow... |

| Daniel, the reflection is in the flat water surface, the peir at the right in the photo disturbs the water and causes a current, so another reflection that follows the bend current. In full size it can be seen |

| Allo Stan and thanks for your answer. It is a very beautidul photo indeed. But contrary to the laws of physics or hydrostatics, the water surface is curved. Moreover if there is reflection aft, it should show also forward dont you think? |

Daniel; nothing strange about it. The white colour, beneath the red line is reflection in the water. The red line has the expeced red line. Just look at it in full size.

| The photo seems strange: the surface of the water is almost spherical instead of flat and the vessel looks as if stern is too high out of water! Can someone explain? |
