They would most likely use those large rubber inflatable air bags that look like sausages, most vessels in the Asian region use air bags to launch vessels, cheaper then having a proper slipway with cradle and steel tracks.

Hi,
Ship visible on Google Earth in position 03°13'10"S & 114°33'37"E.
She seems to be already there in the scene dated 25 Jul 2014.
