Reefer ROYAL COOLER (St.Vincent and Grenadier) was in collision with F/V FRANCESCO GANGITANO (Italy) that sank 15 miles off Tunisia 6-Dec-2006. Francesco Gangitano’s two crewmembers were killed and two are missing. A case scenario being looked into is the possibility that the reefer vessel was on automatic steering mode and did not see the fishing boat. Source: ISNTC
