Found some indication online that this ship was built by a company called Nauta d.o.o. in Split, but I am not sure. Here is her launch back in November 2015: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1O45Q2D_llY

You're welcome señor Korkira. With a ship of this size and appearance, there just had to be good info available.... and only €38,000 per week to charter ;-)

Little detectives! Thank you so much (especially Rick) for putting an effort to find the name! It was for shore not easy, I couldn't find by myself unfortunately, but you did great work!

She looks all right from this angle, but the aft end of the upperworks is pretty awful.

NERO does it better, but has 30 metres extra length to play with.

Hvala, Vlad. It was a pleasure, being a Crotian setting ;-) . There is no IMO for the vessel and in the build pictures (somewhere in one of the links) it sure looks like the Split area, but who knows? I think YOU can find out, eh?!

Yepp, the last comment is correct, it is the croation M/Y Casablanca; http://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:4114090/imo:0/mmsi:238085040/vessel:CASABLANCA/_:5b40a1e629518d15b38b55d12f5cfbaf. It seesm that getting the IMO no. is tricky.

Dobar dan Antun, a very nice capture! It is the new, 2016 built Gulet 'Casablanca' of Split, which I believe was also built in Split, , but I cannot identify the shipyard or an IMO number.
Vessel details HERE .

The ship has a longer name at the left bridge wing which does not look like NERO.
I do not believe that during refitting the whole bridgedeck and trhe deck below has been changed.

According to this site
https://www.yachtcharterfleet.com/luxury-charter-yacht-22349/nero.htm
the NERO was refitted in 2015. Maybe that explains the differences noted by miraflores?

Very similar, but I think its not NERO, different superstructure, different bridge windows, different bulleyes at the side,
