The commercial port of Ellesmere Port comprises a single wharf alongside the Manchester Ship Canal just north of the former barge port which is now the National Waterways Museum. This was the busy scene on 14/09/16 with the general cargo ships Kholmogory and Arklow Flair moored at the wharf while the tugs MSC Viceroy and MSC Victory prepare to assist the tanker Stolt Jaeger inbound to Stanlow.
