Hi Husni (nasution),, that's a freefall lifeboat unit (lifeboat with the launching ramp) for seamen training purposes at the Seamen School – Nautical Centre of Rijeka (this lifeboat unit is arranged on the quay at port of Bakar as can seen on this photo),, thx and brgds /jadran
