The launching of ship was on Saturday 01/10/2016. The ship was built by technical shipbuilding construction company of D & K KOUTALIS, at an completely inactive area (for many years) with name "Frantzeskos Shipyard" at Perama. Photos from launching you can see here :

Are you sure about the shipbuilder? I thought that Koutalis had closed down a few years ago. Panagia Ekatontapiliani suggests "Frantzeskos Shipyard", but I cannot find anything about this company.
